Amélie Anglade

Dr. Amélie Anglade is a Music Information Retrieval Consultant based in Berlin, Germany.

After obtaining a PhD from the Centre for Digital Music at Queen Mary University of London, and interning at large R&D labs (such as Sony CSL and Philips Research) on MIR projects, she now applies her skills in Machine Learning, Audio Signal Processing and Data Science at large in the innovative music startup scene, with former employers and customers including SoundCloud, Senzari, frestyl and Loudr. She has also been involved in many Women in Tech and Diversity initiatives, including as a co­founder of the OpenTechSchool (a global Open Education movement), as Tech Ambassador for the Berlin Geekettes and as Women in Music Information Retrieval (WiMIR) co-­organiser.
