A classically trained percussionist, Will Kuhn is Department Chair and Music Technology instructor at Lebanon High School, Ohio, and also serves as District Music Coordinator for Lebanon City Schools.
In 2006 he designed a pop-music focused music tech curriculum, which now involves over 350 students annually. He advises the school’s TV Studio and Recording Club, which produces a full length album of student-produced music each year as well as the innovative Electronic Music Group. Kuhn’s book, Interactive Composition (with VJ Manzo), has become a widely used college text in music production courses. He also currently serves as the President-elect for TI:ME (Technology Institute for Music Educators), a group who promotes the use of technology in music classrooms.
Kuhn holds a Masters degree in Music Technology from Indiana University (IUPUI), where he studied with Scott Deal, G. David Peters and Fred Rees, and a Bachelor's in Music Education from Miami University in Ohio.
