What

Loop is a summit for music makers, spanning the interlinked fields of music, technology and creativity. Throughout the event, high-profile participants and speakers will lead interactive workshops, studio sessions and discussions, and give talks, artistic presentations, and performances.

Not all venues have barrier-free access. However, we will make every effort to make all rooms accessible for attendees with limited mobility including wheelchair users. Please contact us up front if you have special needs at loop@ableton.com.

The program starts on Friday, November 9th at 11 am and ends on Sunday, November 11th at 11 pm.

The full schedule will be released by the end of September.

Tickets & Registration

Regular price tickets are 350 USD (+ 21.24 USD service fee). Student and youth tickets cost 210 USD (+ 13.54 USD service fee) - eligible for students or individuals between 18 and 26 years old. We are offering (50) subsidized tickets at a reduced cost of 50 USD (+ 4.74 USD service fee) within the first two weeks of registration. All tickets include one studio session and one workshop. To purchase a ticket, you will first need to sign up at the registration page, where you will be prompted to answer a few questions about yourself. Once the registration period has closed, we will select the attendees via a drawing and send them an invite to purchase their ticket.

On June 13th, we will open registration. You’ll have eight weeks to fill out the registration survey - ending at 9 am CET / 6 pm PDT on Friday, August 10th. Attendees will be randomly selected. Beginning on August 13th, tickets will become available for purchase for those who are allocated a spot in the drawing. If you are offered a slot, you will be notified by email and will have one week to purchase your ticket. If you do not purchase your ticket within this time, it will be allocated to the next person in line.

Registration is open until August 10th, 2018.

Due to their high demand, the 50 subsidized tickets are only available for two weeks after registration opens – offer ends on June 27th.

You can get a full refund for your ticket 30 days prior to the event via our ticketing service.

We are offering student tickets at a discounted price of 210 USD (+ 13.54 USD service fee) for students. That’s 40% off regular-priced tickets.

Attendance

You must be 18 or older to attend Loop.

If you are a student at the time of your application, you will still qualify for a student ticket even if you finish before the end of the event.

Workshop and studio session sign-ups will start in October. You will be notified via email when sign-up opens. Each ticket holder may sign up for one workshop and one studio session. Due to limited capacity we cannot guarantee access to all workshops and studio sessions.
