Loop is for music makers: artists, technologists, educators, and creative thinkers of all kinds. It is a gathering of individuals interested in not just observing, but also in participating and joining the conversation around music, technology and creativity.
We believe a healthy music making community is one with a diversity of voices and perspectives. We embrace diversity of gender, genre, age and cultural identity.
We want everyone at Loop to feel safe and welcome at all times. You can read our Code of Conduct, but the short version is: treat everyone with respect.
- Standard Ticket - 350 USD (+ 21.24 USD service fee)
- Student and Youth Ticket - 210 USD (+ 13.54 USD service fee)
- Subsidized Ticket - 50 USD (+ 4.74 USD service fee)
All tickets include entry to the Loop daytime program and evening performances as well as one studio session and one workshop. Studio sessions and workshops are small group sessions designed to facilitate direct interaction with the participating musicians and artists.
Student and Youth tickets are eligible for students or individuals between 18 and 26 years old. Valid student identification or official proof of age will be required at the door.
We are offering 50 subsidized tickets for individuals who can’t afford the regular ticket prices. If you apply for a subsidized ticket, you will be asked to provide additional information. Due to high demand for subsidized tickets registration for those is only open for two weeks - ending on June 27th.
Because of limited capacity at Loop, tickets will be allocated via a drawing. Please fill out the registration form to tell us a little bit about yourself. We will accept applications from anyone involved in making music. We’re not judging your work, but we do want to make sure you’re active in your creative field.
If you apply for one of the 50 subsidized tickets, you will be asked to provide additional information about yourself.
Registration for Standard and Student & Youth Tickets is open from June 13 until August 10. After registration is closed, attendees will be randomly selected. Beginning on August 13, tickets will become available for purchase for those who are allocated a spot in the drawing. If you are offered a slot, you will be notified by email and will have one week to purchase a ticket. If you do not purchase your ticket within this time, it will be allocated to the next person in line.
Registration for Subsidized Tickets is open from June 13 until June 27. Beginning on July 2, Subsidized Tickets will become available for purchase for those who are selected from the survey. If you are offered a slot, you will be notified by email and will have one week to purchase a ticket. If you do not purchase your ticket within this time, it will be allocated to the next person in line.
