Summit Passes & Registration

  • On September 17th, we will open event registration. You’ll have seven weeks to fill out the registration survey to apply for a Summit Pass. After the registration phase, potential attendees will be grouped together and then drawn randomly from their respective groups (See “How does the registration process work?” for more information). If you are chosen to receive a Summit Pass, you will be offered one via email and will have one week to make your purchase. If you do not purchase it within this time, it will be allocated to the next person in line.

    • Summit Pass: 275 EUR (incl. service fee)
    • Summit Pass Plus (includes 1 Workshop and 1 Studio Session): 375 EUR (incl. service fee)
    • Student and Youth Pass (includes 1 Workshop and 1 Studio Session): 225 EUR (incl. service fee)
    • Subsidized Pass (includes 1 Workshop and 1 Studio Session): 50 EUR (incl. service fee)

The Summit Pass includes entry to the main summit program: Loop’s daytime events and evening performances. The Summit Pass Plus, Student and Youth Pass and Subsidized Pass include 1 Workshop and 1 Studio Session in addition to the main summit program. Studio Sessions and Workshops are small group events designed to facilitate direct interaction with the participating musicians and artists. They require pre-registration on a first come, first served basis. Pre-registration will open in March 2020.

The following people are eligible to apply for the Student and Youth Pass:

    • Students of any age
    • Individuals between the ages of 18 to 26 years old

Valid student identification or official proof of age will be required at the door.

We are offering 80 Subsidized Passes for individuals who can’t afford the regular Summit Pass. If you apply for a Subsidized Pass, you will be asked to provide some additional information about yourself on the registration form.

  • You’ll have seven weeks to fill out the registration survey. The deadline is 9am CET on Friday, November 1st. Ableton is committed to diversity. To ensure the Loop community is as balanced and diverse as possible, attendees will be grouped by their selected gender preference (Male/Female/Others/Prefer not to say). Afterwards, attendees will be drawn randomly from their respective groups. By doing so, Ableton seeks to invite attendees evenly from all groups, thus 25% male, 25% female, 25% others and 25% prefer not to say. The actual distribution of Summit Passes may vary, subject to the number of applicants.

Beginning November 4th, passes will become available for purchase to those offered one. If you are offered a pass, you will be notified by email and will have one week to purchase your pass. If you do not purchase your pass within this time, it will be allocated to the next person in line.

Registration for Subsidized Passes was open for two weeks–ending at 9am CET on Tuesday, October 1st. Beginning on October 7th, Subsidized Passes will become available for purchase for those who are selected from the survey.

  • Registration is open until Friday, November 1st 2019, 9am CET.

  • Due to their high demand, Subsidized Passes were only available for two weeks after registration opens. The offer has ended on October 1.

  • You can get a full refund for your pass 30 days prior to the event via our ticketing service Eventbrite.

  • For all pass-related enquiries, please contact loop@ableton.com.

  • Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are required to limit the number of passes available.

  • We offer Youth Passes at a 40% discount.
