What

  • Loop is a summit for music makers, spanning the interlinked fields of music, technology and creativity. Throughout the event, high-profile participants and speakers will lead interactive workshops, studio sessions and discussions, and give talks, artistic presentations, and performances.

  • Yes, all venues have barrier-free access. Please contact us up front if you have special needs at loop@ableton.com.

  • The program starts on Friday, April 24 at 11 am and ends on Sunday, April 27 at 11 pm.

Tickets & Registration

  • In September we will open registration. You’ll have seven weeks to fill out the registration survey. Attendees will be randomly selected. If you are offered a slot, you will be notified by email and will have one week to purchase your ticket. If you do not purchase your ticket within this time, it will be allocated to the next person in line.

  • You can get a full refund for your ticket 30 days prior to the event via our ticketing service.

  • Unfortunately, due to limited capacity at the venue, we are required to limit the number of tickets available.

  • We are offering student tickets at a 40% discount.

  • Due to limited capacity at the venues and high ticket demand, tickets are limited to one per person.

  • If you study more than 20 hours a week in a course that lasts 12 months or more, you are eligible for a student discount. The subject of study does not matter, but it will be necessary to provide a valid Student ID or proof of enrollment on the day of the event(s). The rules applied to Loop registration for students are the same as those applied to purchases of educational versions of Ableton Live.

Attendance

  • You must be 18 or older to attend Loop, or be accompanied by an adult.

  • Please contact loop@ableton.com.

  • If you are a student at the time of your application, you will still qualify for a student ticket even if you finish before the end of the event.

  • Yes, we accept international student IDs.

  • We will send updates to all registered attendees as the event approaches. If you are not attending Loop but would like to be informed about Loop in general, please sign up here.

  • First program details will be announced in October.

  • Yes, all presentations at Loop will be given in English.

  • We’ll be documenting as much as we can from Loop and making that content freely available online. We want everyone to benefit from what’s discussed over the course of the summit. See highlights from previous editions of Loop here.
